Description
Deviated nasal septum is a condition in which the septum, cartilage and bone separating nasal cavity is off center or is leaning towards one side of nasal cavity. It can be Congenital or Present at birth. Nasal injuries from sports, car accident, fall etc can also lead to Deviated nasal septum in person. Individual with DNS may have change in shape of nose. Some common symptoms experienced in DNS are nasal congestion, difficulty in breathing, nose bleed, snoring, sinusitis, headache, noisy breathing.
