- 1 kg Indian gooseberry
- 1.500 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- 1/5 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Keep the gooseberry soaked in water, then heat it, and boil the gooseberry in it and take it out of the water.
- Now put sugar in a vessel and add 1/2 cup of water to it, then dissolve it, then add amla to it and boil it
- When the sugar in the amla becomes thick, let it cool down. When it gets cold, add black salt, black pepper and cardamom powder to it and store it in a box.
