Cinnamon is a special kind of wood, which is full of medicinal properties. This is the inner bark (layer) of the stem and branches of a plant called Cinnamon. It is very beneficial for health if it is consumed in limited quantities. We usually know about the same type of cinnamon, which is used in preparing drinks, lentils and vegetables. But cinnamon is mainly of two types. The main difference between these two types of cinnamon is taste.
Usually, the color of wood like cinnamon is used in our houses, the test is more sharp. It is known as the regular cinnamon or cassia. This cinnamon is found comfortably at supermarkets and grocery shops.
