The first thing that the doctor prescribes to an asthmatic patient is the inhaler. This is one of the major requirements if you are asthmatic. Because inhaler helps to clear the clogged ways and helps the patient to breathe properly.

What is panchakarma?

Mix equal quantities of ginger juice, honey, and pomegranate juice. Keep it in a jar and consume one tablespoon two to three times a day.
